How they're made

Cast the shell
Melted dark chocolate fills each faceted mold, then sets into a thin, crisp shell.
Cook the caramel
Honey and caramel are cooked low and slow until smooth and golden.
Fill and seal
Each shell is filled by hand, then capped with more chocolate to lock the honey in.
